Amigoni Urban Winery offers a variety of wines, tasting experiences, merchandise, and events. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantities of any items purchased.

All products are intended for personal use only and not for resale unless explicitly agreed upon.

4. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as indicated at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize Amigoni Urban Winery to charge the designated payment method for all purchases made.

All transactions are subject to verification and approval. We may cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or violate these Terms.

5. Delivery Policy

We currently ship wine and merchandise only where legally permitted and in compliance with applicable state and local laws. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Age Restriction: Alcohol shipments require an adult signature (21+ years) upon delivery.
  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information.
  • Local Pickup: Available at our winery for qualifying purchases. A government-issued ID will be required upon pickup.

6. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience. Due to federal and state laws, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is damaged or defective.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is broken or spoiled, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Include a photo of the damage and your order number.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Event tickets, gift cards, and limited-time promotional items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
