Last harvest, we decided to make our first-ever Zinfandel. It was a fun adventure that has evolved throughout the last year of production and aging. We’re pleased to announce that we are releasing it this weekend and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you!

Our Zinfandel is medium-bodied, fragrant and jammy; bursting with flavors of cranberry and cherry. White pepper and sweet tobacco hits mid-palate and a hint of oak lingers on the finish. We aged it for 12 months in Missouri oak barrels.
Food pairing suggestions
We made sure to release this before Thanksgiving because our new Zinfandel is a perfect match for turkey! It would also complement ham, rack of lamb or pork.
Another thing to note is that the 2015 Zinfandel is approachable for all types of wine drinkers. It’s dry and complex, but also fruit-forward and soft on the finish. It is sure to be a hit with everyone around the table.
